The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API b16.1 and API 16d.
2. The valve disc is swing type, the flow passage is straight, and horizontal pipe and vertical pipe can be installed.
3. The rocker adopts built-in structure, which reduces the defect of external leakage.
The body cover of the valve body is fixed with bolts. Under high pressure, the pressure is higher than 600Lb. The internal sealing structure of the product is light and reliable.
The installation of American standard high pressure swing check valve should pay attention to the following matters:
1. Do not let the check valve bear the weight of the pipeline. Large check valves shall be independently supported to protect them from the pressure generated by the piping system.
2. During installation, pay attention to the medium flow direction should be consistent with the arrow direction in the valve body.
3. The lift vertical flap check valve shall be installed on the vertical pipe.
4. The lift horizontal baffle check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe.
